Adam & Andrea are a couple sharing their adventures in baking from their little St. Petersburg, Florida bungalow! Adam is a professional chef while Andrea is a veteran hospitality manager and together they have developed a love for creating beautiful baked goods. They are now sharing some of their favorite breads through delivery and pick up and they can even be found at local farmer's markets in and around St. Petersburg! After studying Culinary Management at Johnson & Wales University in Charlotte, NC and spending time in the Alain Ducasse culinary residency in Paris, France, Adam began his remarkable culinary career. He climbed the ranks, working in some of the highest rated restaurants in Charlotte before stepping into upper level management roles in Florida. In Tampa, he worked for the team behind the historic Bern's Restaurant, one of the most illustrious culinary institutions in Florida. As a Sous Chef with the Mina Group in San Francisco where he managed a rotating team of multinational interns, his ability to build trust and relationships was a driving force in his success. Throughout his career, his leadership has been characterized by his unwavering integrity and authenticity, and he has become known in every role he has taken on as a confident and principled back of house manager. Now, he has taken a step back from the restaurant management world to focus on one of his greatest passions: bread. Throughout his career Adam has spent his time off perfecting his recipes for breads like focaccia and brioche and he is thrilled to share some of his favorite bread with his St. Pete neighbors!
