We make and sell over 20 plus flavors of Italian and other European sausages. The family has been in this business for over 60 years and as the 3rd generation, I am bringing the shop and these recipes to Salt Lake City.
Craig Gerome
I have been a chef for over 15 years and mostly fine dining. I have lived in Tokyo, Japan and Philadelphia and relocated here to start a business. I am in the planning stages on opening a locally sourced boutique meat and cheese shop that also makes homemade Italian sausages. We also hope to incorporate cooking classes and private dinners into our market once the pandemic ends. Thank you!
